Select your membership type. This can be adjusted via your portal at a later date. Select the start date you want your membership to start and payments will reoccur this day every month.
Sign the waiver and click “Submit” and you will be taken to a secure checkout and then our custom portal where you will make a password and be able to access your invoices, membership, and our shop for any products you may need!

All payments come out at midnight, you can train in the mean-time but please ensure sufficient funds are in your account before it is attempted.
The portal is a way to have access to your membership, billing dates, pause/cancel/upgrade/downgrade subscriptions, see invoices, view appointments on your calendar, and purchase things from the shop. It’s a handy tool in keeping you in control of your membership!
Our memberships on the portal are currently only subscription based every month. If you want to do a one off, you can pay for a single month in cash or card at reception.
If your card details have changed and it no longer works, you can cancel your membership and re-subscribe on the same billing day via the website under the “membership” tab with the new details.
If your personal details such as address have changed you can change them under the “settings” button.
If you did a trial we give the first session off the monthly fee when you sign up. Simply ask a member of staff for a discount coupon when you attend your trial and use that code when you are signing up for a membership under the “discount” field.

Our rules on cancelling are simple, you don’t need to give us notice to cancel or pause your membership you can do it from your profile. However, if you have forgotten to cancel it we will use our discretion for refunds. For example if you had just forgotten to cancel it the membership had just come out that is understandable. If you left it for months and ask for a refund this will usually be rejected as it is your responsbility.
